Yoon Joo Jung

President

I am a violin educator with over 20 years of experience teaching children, youth, and adults. Through my work as a performer in orchestras and ensembles, I have come to deeply believe that music is a powerful language that connects people and builds community.

Building on these experiences, I am in the process of establishing a nonprofit organization that supports musically gifted young musicians in growing not only as skilled musicians, but also as responsible, collaborative, and service-minded members of their community.

This organization aims to use music as a bridge—helping young musicians connect with one another, contribute to their local community, and grow into individuals who make a positive impact both on and off the stage.

Ahyoung Cho

Vice President

I am in my 11th year working as an orchestra director at Allen Academy.

The Bryan/College Station area doesn’t have a youth orchestra, so we decided to make an officially licensed orchestra for any middle and high schoolers in our area (public, private, homeschool) all are welcome!

Our mission and my personal wish is that we can work to provide a platform for these young, gifted, and up and coming musicians to gather firsthand experiences on live performances, a musical take on teamwork, and serve the community (in other words, students will get service hours)

We will practice once a month, at Allen Academy. Thanks to Allen Academy for sponsoring a venue to fulfill our mission.
